Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

Personal information is provided if there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the law or according to the procedures and methods prescribed in the law for investigative purposes. In other cases, personal information is used only within the notified range.

Collecting and Using Period of Personal Information

Personal information will be collected and used until the time of withdrawal of the membership, and will be destroyed without delay when withdrawing. However, illegal use records can be kept for one year to ensure the safety of users and prevent illegal use of services. In addition, information of users who have not accessed for one year is stored separately or destroyed.

Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

If it is not subject to storage in accordance with internal policies such as malicious use records and related laws, it will be destroyed without delay. Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is safely deleted so that it is not recovered and reproduced, and personal information printed on paper is destroyed through crushing or incineration.

Rights of the Subject of Personal Information

The personal information subject may request inquiry, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, etc. for his/her personal information registered at any time.

Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

All data stored in the database is encrypted and accessible only through decryption. However, even Andygile cannot be decrypted if the user chooses to encrypt the Apple ID. The number of people who can access information is minimized by designating a person in charge of location and personal information. A security system has been established to block unauthorized access to personal information. In addition, we continue to research and apply it to services to provide safer services.

By using this App and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated or other country. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Service Description

You can create an album on a map and publish your photos and posts for the purpose of making yourself or others see it. You can see your own contents in a specific location. You can see public contents posted by others in a specific location.

Rights of the Personal Information Subject

The personal information subject ("you", "your" or "user") may withdraw all or part of the consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information. You can request confirmation data on the collection, use, and provision of personal information. If you withdraws the consent, your personal information collection, use, and provision confirmation data will be destroyed without delay.

Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

Intellectual Property

You have intellectual property rights to the content you create and post. Our service requires the right to store, duplicate, modify, send, display, distribute, create secondary works (limited to translation) and other rights (licenses with no time limit and no additional payment). The user will grant Andygile such rights by posting the post, and the user must have the rights necessary. The right granted by users is exercised to operate, improve, promote services and to be displayed in the service.

Respect for the Rights of Others

If the rights of others are violated due to the content you posted, there may be suspension of posting and restrictions on use.

User Safety

For the safe use and protection of rights of users, the following may be restricted:

Posts that pose a direct and obvious physical threat to others, encouraging others to commit suicide, revealing private information such as others' personal information or privacy, continuing to ostracize or bully others, prostitution-related, or pose a direct and serious threat to public safety.

Posts that are prohibited by relevant laws (such as conducting or abetting criminal acts), promoting, advertising, selling goods or services prohibited by relevant laws, and those that violate other people's intellectual property rights, insults, privacy infringement, or defamation may be restricted.

Posts that can cause sexual shame or distorted sexual consciousness, such as portraying provocative and explicit sexual behavior, violent and provocative posts that can cause cruelty or disgust to others, deceiving others such as impersonating or claiming false information, excessive abuse, profanity, etc. may be restricted.

Posts that use the service abnormally (such as using macro programs or manipulating GPS information) and those that do not conform to the purpose of the service can be restricted because they cause inconvenience to other users and further hinder smooth service delivery.

Restrictions on Service Use

If the user does not comply with the relevant laws, terms and conditions, operation policies, we may check the user's actions and may restrict the use of the service.

Change or Termination of Service

We may restrict, change, or terminate all or part of the service if it is no longer possible to maintain the service, such as internal circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Andygile, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application; (iii) any content obtained from the Application; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Representations and Warranties

Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Andygile its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Application will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Application is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Application will meet your requirements.

This App is intended to be used and must be used for entertainment purposes only. You understand that this App may expose you to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Andygile with respect hereto. Andygile does not endorse any content and other material or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and the information contained therein is not intended to be used as and does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. Andygile expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with content and other materials.

Third-Party Websites

This App may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Andygile. Andygile has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Andygile shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
