Privacy Policy

ShalloWeDive ("Service") can be used without signing in and does not collect or transmit any user information to external servers.

The Service processes the following data exclusively on-device and does not transmit it externally:

  • Health Data (Heart Rate): Heart rate is displayed during dives via Apple HealthKit. Data is stored only on the user's device (Apple Watch/iPhone).
  • Fitness Data (Dive Workouts): Dive sessions are recorded as HealthKit workouts. Data is stored only on the user's device.
  • Environment Data (Depth, Water Temperature): Collected via the Apple Watch Ultra depth sensor for dive safety metrics. Data is stored only on the user's device.

All data is processed exclusively on-device through Apple's HealthKit and CoreMotion frameworks. No data is transmitted to the developer or any third party.

Terms and Conditions

Nature of Service

ShalloWeDive ("Service") is a shallow water (under 6 meters) dive computer application exclusively for Apple Watch Ultra.

Not a Replacement for Professional Equipment

The Service provides reference information only and does not replace certified diving equipment. Users must always use the Service in conjunction with certified diving equipment and must not rely solely on information provided by the Service.

Assumption of Risk

Underwater activities are inherently dangerous. The developer shall not be liable for any injury, death, equipment damage, or other losses arising from or related to the use of the Service.

Data Accuracy

Data provided by the Service, including depth, water temperature, and heart rate, may vary depending on sensor accuracy and is not guaranteed to be absolutely precise.

Representations and Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Andygile, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Andygile, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to our Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Terms and Conditions Updates

We may update Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. If there is a change in the Terms and Conditions, we will notify you 7 days in advance. If you have any objection to changing the Terms and Conditions, please contact andy@andygile.com within the period.
